Who can register for the CROSS20 Livestream?
The livestream is designed for 18-25 year olds, but this year only, anyone is welcome to register. 

What is the schedule?
The livestream will be December 29-30, 2020. A detailed schedule is available here.

Can I play the livestream at a later time?
Yes! If the original livestream schedule doesn’t work for you, you are welcome to play the archived content at a time at a later time. All you need to do is register like normal. Then come time for the conference, we will email you your unique link to access the livestream webpage and that page will also have all of the archived content that you can access anytime. (The archived livestream video will be available within a couple hours after each session is completed).

Can I register a group without finalizing who will be in the group?
Yes! When registering a group, you do not need to know personal information at the time of registration (e.g. – names, email addresses, etc). 

Do I need to register every person in my group?
Yes, a livestream registration is required for every individual who will be watching.

Can I add to my group after registering?
Yes. If you register using the same email address each time, we will compile all of your tickets into one group. For example, if you register for five livestream registrations and then two months later register for three more, we will send you a unique livestream link that provide access for up to eight different users (on a total of eight devices). 

What is the cancellation policy?
Livestream registrations are non-refundable.

Can I transfer my livestream registration?
Yes. However, we will send the passcode to access the livestream to the email address we associated with the registration. If you choose to transfer the registration, you do not need to contact us; simply forward the passcode to the new registrant.
